I've worked in retail for a little over 10 years now, but no previous job has been nearly as enjoyable as working for Parachute. The overall atmosphere in the store, as well as the aesthetic and communications between employees and clients, provides a lax and stress-free working environment. My favourite part about working for Parachute is the refreshing candor amongst corporate and store employees. Every interaction and discussion is incredibly inclusive, and you never feel like you're working in a tiered environment.
