I bought the down alternative to replace a cheap feather insert. I couldn't stand the feathers that kept poking through and this down alternative is soft, plush, and plump with no crunchy feathers. Thanks, Parachute.

If you’re looking for a firm insert this is not it. I do love the product at the moment but I am concerned that it will degrade overtime. I’ve only had the product for three weeks and my dogs love laying on it so with the lack of firmness I am afraid that it will be flat soon but again just my opinion over a three week usage
This pillow is on the softer side, not ideal if you are looking for a firmer pillow, but will do the trick if you are looking for a soft side couch pillow.
