I thought these sheets would be luxurious but they are very crunchy. It says it will get softer with washing but we have washed it many times and it has not improved. I can buy much cheaper and more luxurious feeling sheets. Not worth it. Not what was advertised. Does not feel like five star hotel sheets

I so wanted to love these sheets. It seems like such a great company but for that price I expect the sheets to be much softer. The sateen ones were prickly and the percale were rough.

I am so sad about these towels... the color spotted upon first use. Now I have beautifully soft towels with spots of colir washed out. Wouldvrather have less soft towels that don’t look ruined! Paid a lot of money and have no towels to hang tgat aren’t spotted with color bleed

Our Fitted Sheets are all 16inches deep, so it will have a looser fit as most standard size mattresses are 8-10inches. You can fit the Fitted Sheet all the way under the Mattress or look into sheets clips if you like a tighter fit. Please contact help@parachutehome.com if you have any additional questions.

The bottom fitted sheet is too big. First time a sheet has not fit our bed.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts today. We are so sorry to hear that you are not happy with your sheets. Here is a little trick we have for softening:

We recommend about a 1/2 cup of vinegar or a few tablespoons of baking soda. We steer customers away from washing on hot (as well as drying, as it can affect the elastic on the product and weaken the natural fibers). We&#x27;d recommend using these in a rinse cycle if that&#x27;s an option and then washing with a mild detergent (such as Parachute detergent, Seventh Generation, Mrs. Meyers or The Honest Company).

Let us know if that helps speed up the softening process. We definitely want to make sure you are taken care of.

My BF was in the military and these are sooo rough he refuses to sleep in them .. not worth the $$$ I’ve washed them many times just as rough

Hey Parachute Team, I love your towels and robe, but I ordered a bunch of sheets from different companies and when comparing your linen (even after 3 washes) they are way to rough.

I was extremely disappointed to find the bathrobe rather cheaply made and very stiff & scratchy. 

The slippers are ok- nothing to get excited about.

Why do you keep asking for my review but you never address the issues when I give it?
