Hi, I recently purchased satin sheets. I noticed the stitching was not as good as previous purchases. It looked rushed. Not as pleased with my second purchase.
I've had my Parachute linen sheets for just over a year and I'm so disappointed in the quality. The fitted sheet wore out SO QUICKLY and now has a giant tear in from simply normal wear. It's ridiculous to spend this much money on sheets that last a year - should have known better when Parachute doesn't offer a warranty that their products are inferior and don't stand up over the long haul.
Disappointed in the quality
Towels seemed great in first uses. Don’t use any unusual products but color lost from something in first weeks on multiple towels. Essentially ruined in 2 weeks normal use. Color seems to bleach easily.
The sheets are disappointingly rough and scratchy.
We are wondering if we would be able to try a different type of duvet. We aren’t sure about the linen one
You can't argue the rich + plush nature of the towels, but mine came imperfect and the threads fell loose easily. Additionally, and oddly enough, the towels do not feel like they absorb water very well. I'd return them if I had the time, since I've purchased less expensive towels with better qualities.
I bought parachute and Brooklinen the same day. The price was similar and both promised a lot. Having slept on both and washed both now, I feel I can safely say that the parachute sheets wrinkle horribly and the weight of them isn’t that of a 100+ dollar sheet. I don’t think they’re getting softer but just staying an odd crepey texture. I’m going to keep hoping for the best. Reviews said they get better with time. I sure hope they do!
The sheets are great color, but the percale are not soft not even after 5 washes.
Like some others on here, we were very impressed with the quality of this robe until we tried to wash it. We followed the directions but it still came out with threads loosened and falling apart. It won’t survive a second wash at this rate. Very disappointed.
