The bedding we ordered is wonderful, once it showed up. Some of the items ordered came all the way to our town only to have been sent back for some reason. The issue was resolved and we received the complete order, but not until I had to call to figure out what was going on.
I love the beautiful color, the exemplary workmanship and lovely pillowcases that close on opposite side. I've washed the set twice in cool water and dried in low temp cycle, but I find the cotton somewhat scratchy, especially the pillowcases. Do I need to wash them an additional number of times or is this quality of the cotton?
Lovely textiles and great quality; however, I am not a fan of the sham-style pillow case, and likely would not have ordered if I had read more closely. I prefer a pillow case that can be tucked around my individual pillow for a smooth fit. Would not purchase the pillow cases again.
King size sheets but very oversized. Sheets are thin cotton maybe 300 thread count? not very luxurious.
Ordered the fitted sheet in fog. Shipped & arrived very quickly. This is the first time I've bought linen bedding, and I like the color and feel of this particular linen even more than I thought I would. It's gorgeous. However, Parachute fitted sheets are made for mattresses "up to" 16" deep. Ours is 12" and I figured the extra depth would stay tucked in, but it doesn't. It blouses and sags unevenly. I'm fine with the casual wrinkly look of linen, but I find that the bagginess just looks frumpy rather than casual. I'd shop from Parachute's linen collection again, but I'd recommend staying away from the fitted sheets unless they're an exact match to your mattress depth.
The linen sheets are a bit scratchy/not soft at all. I wouldn't recommend them.
Honestly great products and great comfort on their bedding. Purchased two king down pillows medium support (wasn't sure what support was needed) after two months of trying it out, kept waking up tirelessly in the morning due to stiff and sore neck pain. Went to the chiropractor for neck adjustments and my doctor asked me, "Did you do anything differently to your bed?" And I told him yes, that I purchased two new pillows. He told me that was my problem. I called customer support to talk to them about my issue and I got, "Sorry, your a month too late... We don't exchange it nor can help you." After spending over $150 a pillow and no guarantee behind their product, I'm a little disappointed in their customer service and ease to please their customers. I mean really... Purchasing a pillow online it's alot harder since you can't touch or feel it in person before sealing the deal and making that type of investment. Since, I purchased a more softer pillow from Bed Bath and Beyond that has a lifetime guarantee and a no hassle return policy I've been able to sleep better and no more neck pain. I wish they would have exchanged it out or helped me out a little. Guests at my apartment compliment me on the linen sheets I just tell them go to Bed Bath and Beyond if they want to buy a pillow.
The towels are beautiful. They are soft. But they don't soak up water well. I've washed them 15 times to try and get them to work better. when I contacted customer support they essentially said "hmmm, interesting. Don't use fabric softeners" which I have not, nor have I used dryer sheets. I bought the towels for my husband and he refuses to use them.
I loved the linen sheet set I bought but rather unimpressed with the quality of the cotton euro shams. Great color but poorly constructed.
I bought the percale fitted sheet, top sheet, and pillow cases in February 2016. These felt great and I was very happy with my purchase initially. After 2 or 3 washes, though, the fitted sheet is now stretched out and bunches in the middle making for an uncomfortable sleep. I have tried to wash in hot water and stretch it as far as possible on the mattress to no avail. Great feel but longevity was not there given the price.
