Decent

I love the idea and style of this comfortable. But I wouldn’t recommend.

Very soft and cozy but fabric does not hold up at all.

We got this quilt as a wedding gift and loved the aesthetic and how soft and cozy it was. Within a few weeks though we began to notice small snags appearing in the fabric even though we have no animals and were washing according to the instructions. 10 months later the quilt looks terrible and is covered in snags all over. Love how soft but have been disappointed in the quality and would not recommend buying.

Came apart almost immediately

I really liked the weight and feel of this quilt but, unfortunately, after just a week of use and one wash several threads came loose and there were small holes in the fabric throughout.

Luxury but....

I purchased the cloud comforter. I was very pleased with the luxurious feel. It is hands down the softest comforter I have ever felt. Within a week the comforter had rips in it from my dog being on it. So I would not recommend if your house has animals. So I'm giving it 2 stars because the lack of durability.

Cloud Cotton Quilt Review

The quilt is is comfy, but the threads pull so easily. I don't see this lasting very long. It's expensive for the quality. I wouldn't purchase it again.

Beautiful, but….

I’m a huge fan of Parachute bedding and decided that when it was time to replace the quilt for my master bed (and after reading dozens of the reviews) that I would try the Cloud Cotton quilt. All of the positive things included in the reviews are true: fabric is soft and beautiful and the craftsmanship is exactly what I would expect from Parachute in terms of construction and quality of the cotton. However, I discovered rather quickly that the fabric “picks”/pulls like a pair of silk stockings & it takes very little to do so. There are no children or pets climbing on my bed to contribute to the dozens of pulled threads covering my almost new quilt. It takes as little as a hangnail to accomplished a prick in the gauze-like cotton. I don’t mind spending money on quality bedding but this has been what I would consider a decadent purchase due to the short life this quilt has aesthetically due to the fragility of the top layer of cotton that comprises the construction. I certainly expected greater durability for the price.

Disappointed after a few months

I really loved this quilt when it arrived - it is soft and lightweight, but warm and cozy. Unfortunately, after a few short months, the stitching is coming undone and threads are coming loose all over the quilt. It's still soft and cozy, but I'm not sure how long it's going to last before falling apart. Disappointing purchase, sadly.

Fluffy - so so fluffy

We love this comforter and its perfect for our room. Keeps us very warm - I didn’t initially realize this was the warmest quilt out of all the options, as I wanted something fluffy like a duvet/comforter but not as warm. While it’s still quite warm I love the texture! We do need a lighter bed blanket for layering and will be buying either the Organic Air Cotton Quilt or the Cloud Linen Bed Blanket next and plan to use it for sleeping in summer too. One thing to be aware of is that it takes all day to dry after washing- even longer than a down comforter. If you have your own washer/dryer not bad but if you live in a city apt it can get costly ($25-$30 in building; more if you send it out).

Sadly, disappointing

This is a very pretty quilt. However, I purchased so I would have something cooler for summer months. This is hotter than my down comforter and incredibly delicate. Don’t purchase if you have a cat. A waste of $300

Not great

I don’t love this comforter for a variety of reasons. We bought this to use as a “lightweight” summer quit but it is too heavy. The synthetic poly fill feels cheap, doesn’t breathe. The King is sized as a “King/Cali King” which is massive on our king bed. It drags on the floor and I can barely fit it in the washing machine. Expected better quality / functionality given the price.
