We went into the Parachute store in San Francisco to test the couch in-person before we ordered as we loved the look. No couch in-store, but we were able to sit in the chair. The chair felt good, so we ordered the Pillow Couch. It was a huge mistake. This is the most uncomfortable couch we have ever sat on. The proportions are wrong, the back is straight up with limited padding, and the couch cushions slide out constantly (even with the clips). If you plan to sit in on couch, you will be greatly disappointed with this product. Looks great, design and ergonomics are seriously flawed.
