They made the slots too small and so I can’t button the entire row
I bought this duvet color thinking it would match my sand pillow cases and sand fitted sheet I bought a year ago and this duvet cover color is darker and more gray than the others. Really disappointing
I wanted to like this, the material itself seems nice. One of the button holes was partially sewn shut, I sent an email with a picture, no response. Sent another email, no response. Finally dug out my sewing kit and fixed it myself. Then, one of the corner ties to hold the comforter broke! And ... no response.
Unfortunately, the inside ties for the duvet were snapped. I’ll be contacting customer service when the chaos of life/work can subside, but it was really disappointing since that renders the cover useless as designed. The duvet would bunch up and continue to move inside. Otherwise, the fabric and color are great.
I’m unfortunately concerned that mh partner and I are sweating through these sheets almost every night. I think we need to try the cotton - how to proceed? I feel like I love the comforter and I’m hoping it is just the duvet and sheets and not comforter itself. Is the brushed cotton more breathable
It wrinkles and I hate the buttons
Opened my package only to find the duvet cover is ripped along the seams right near the button closure. Very disappointing. Will be sending back.
The seam is unraveling in one place. I emailed customer service today to send a new one with a picture of the seam unraveling.
Material is terrible washed it and wrinkles do not come out. Have ironed and steamed and still looks messy. Color is horrible too
I purchase and received a light grey duvet. The percale material is soft. HOWEVER, one of the ties in the corner was stitched into the seam rendering it useless. Parachute made it right - OR SO I THOUGHT. The return process was smooth. The day I dropped the cover off at FEDEX I received a notification that the replacement was shipped. Well.. the replacement was delivered today. Similar to the first cover this one also has a tie stitched into the seam rendering it useless but has the ADDED BONUS of loose threads all over the stitching at the bottom where the buttons are. These appear to be FACTORY SECONDS selling at full price
