My girlfriend and I just moved in together and were super excited to upgrade our sheets. Unfortunately, that was not parachute. The sheets do not fit the bed, resulting in an incredibly uncomfortable bunching of the sheets. It's become a joke between her and I how excited we are to return the sheets. Good thing for that 60 day return!
So itchy and rough. Actually lost sleep cause of it. Returned them the next day.
the sheets after washing twice are so rough that I got a rash on my shoulder. It took me a couple days to figure out what was going on?? I bought the expensive ones because I thought they'd be the most comfortable???? My mistake.....really disappointed.
My husband and I did not enjoy the rough, scratchy texture of the linen sheets. I washed and dried them with wool drier balls 3 times, in hopes that they would soften. They softened a little bit, but not enough for our liking.

The sheets are made with an awesome practice and I like the initiative of organic and sustainability behind the company. However, the quality / value of the sheets are not worth the cost. They do not fit snug on the bed (fitted sheet) and the pillowcases are silly with the halfway slit for those sleepers that flip their pillow and/or sleep with their arm under the pillow. I was super excited but had to return them- in which case Parachutes return policy and customer service was great.
The linen sheets are like sleeping on burlap. Don't know what this appeals to people.
I bought a Parachute duvet cover for a friend because she asked for one. Then I went to volunteer overseas. It dawned on me how much Parachute had made me pay for that duvet. It could have fed a family for months. Turn around and run away from this place. There is no "style" here. Style has an inner life with a conscience, which Parachute lacks. (Also, their customer service blows. I'm reviewing because their e-mail bot kept messaging me.)
I also bought the Leesa king size mattress, and it doesn’t fit. Very rumpled (the elastic is too loose). Have returned it.
Bought the linen sheet set and duvet cover. Duvet is way too big (king) and we can't stop sweating. My boyfriend calls them "burlap" sheets. They were so expensive and not worth it.
