    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sr. Retail Operations Manager

    The Retail Operations Manager position supports the Director of Retail in assessing, implementing, and maintaining Retail processes and procedures. The position manages the execution of Retail Ops initiatives, provides day-to-day support to the stores, and finds areas to continually optimize process-efficiencies and improve the Customer experience.

    What You Will Do:

    • Develops and maintains operational plans to include all business requirements which include labor hours, KPI reporting, and meeting financial objectives
    • Establishes quality-control standards, develops budget and cost controls, and obtains data regarding both internal and external business metrics.
    • Manage the creation and maintenance of Retail policies and procedures, operations, and POS manuals in addition to other operational directives and seasonal initiatives as needed
    • Streamline operational logistics and procedures creating seamless and integrated processes focused on an elevated Customer experience, store ease-of-use, omni-channel approach and global consistency to Brand standards.
    • Responsible for inventory management processes to reduce shrinkage, including monthly cycle counts, bi-annual inventory counts, and inventory movement in POS system.
    • Develop and/or maintain all Retail processes, policies, and procedures.
    • Coordinates activities with all other internal functions of the business.
    • Responsible to financial analysis of operational expenses.
    • Trains and ensures all employees are aware of and comply with all Company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations.
