2022: Launch organic cotton collection featuring GOTS-certified bedding and towels and Forest Stewardship Council-certified wood furniture. 100% of wood sustainably sourced.
2024: Transition all cotton programs to 100% organic cotton. >50% of wood FSC certified.
Always: Ensure we work with ethical manufacturers.
2022: Launch Fair Trade Certified products, starting with rugs.
2023: Expand Fair Trade Certified products to include a minimum of 3 new product categories.
Always: Representation matters. Create an equitable environment that fosters inclusion.
2022: 50% of leadership female-identifying and/or from underrepresented groups, anonymous employee feedback platform.
2023: Launch Employee Resource Groups, 2 paid service days a year, Cornell University Diversity and Inclusion Certificate Program completed by all members of executive and HR/Recruiting teams.
